Jenifer McElroy is the Founder of Employment Consulting Services. She currently works as a Certified Consultant in the Human Resources arena, with expertise accumulated since 1989 from a management career in the employment industry and human resource fields.

Prior to owning and operating ECS, she opened branch offices and supervised a branch office for an international corporation, hired and trained internal staff, developed new and residual business with companies in multiple industries, and recruited and placed temporary and regular full-time personnel with hundreds of organizations throughout the Puget Sound area. She was a multi-award winner for outstanding achievement.

Jenifer holds a B.A. in Organizational Business and Communication from Arizona State University. Jenifer is Certified in Human Resources and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
